Orders

The receipt of an order by The Rusty Garden Barrow Nursery from you constitutes an offer to purchase goods upon the terms and conditions below.

Payment

There is no minimum plant order.

Orders are accepted subject to the availability of plants.

Collection

We are open for collection 7 days a week from 08h30 to 15h30 and on Saturday from 08h30 to 16h30.

Collection of orders will be as per agreement at time of order.

Your order will only be despatched once proof of payment is made available.

We reserve the right to delay despatch of plants if weather conditions are unsuitable for despatching, i.e. extreme rain.

Prices

All prices are cash and carry prices.

Any advertised, website or catalogue prices are correct at the time of going to press.

We reserve the right to change the price of any plant without notice.

Unauthorised use of trademarks owned by ourselves or others which appear on our website and in our catalogues is prohibited.

Guarantee

The Rusty Garden Barrow Nursery guarantees to provide you plants of best quality.

You should however accept that plants when dormant in winter may not look anything like they do in spring or summer.
